Last week I drove to Mercedes of Fort Myers not sure what I was looking for and I had a fabulous salesman whose name is Nero Irving who not only was very patient but his ability to no the cars that you have on display there was incredible it was quite a learning education for me and low and behold I purchased exactly what I was searching for with a lot of direction from him and I thank him very much for that!
Our son made a lease purchase with Kris Waskowski and having accompanied him we were so impressed we also made a lease purchase a couple of days later, and we were not even in the market for a new vehicle. Kris Waskowski was not only knowledgeable but highly professional. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone wanting a no pressure experience. Everyone we encountered at the Fort Myers location was top notch.
Just purchased a 2014 SLK. Wanted one for a long time and got a beautiful one. My salesmen Glen, knows everything about a Benz and was great. Phil did a great job with the financing.
RecommendedFirst time owning a Mercedes. Had a power steering malfunction light come on. Made an appointment with Adam. He set me up with a loaner for the day and took care of the problem at no cost to me! Great job of taking care of the customer! They washed it and I was on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car with great service!
This was my first experience with an actual Mercedes Benz dealership. Our GL450 is what we traveled to Sanibel Island in and started giving me warning messages about the car. The dealership got the car in that day and Cody Clemons was who handled everything once I arrived. The problem with the car wasn’t a quick fix so they arranged for the use of a loaner car for the remainder of the week I was there on the island. I don´t understand, why nobody at the Mercedes Shop has a clue, how to fix a Mercedes!! My Mercedes was 13 day´s in the shop, first day, they said the computer is broken - what I still don´t know if it really was! After many problems and different problems found - what end of the day was not happen, there was just a bad Fuse! I paid $326 just for the Fuse!! I have to check if it is made out of real GOLD!! I'm a happy owner of a E350 coupe and Adam Barton the service technician along with service manager Brian Hayes have been extremely professional and handled a concern of mine like first class people. I cannot thank these two guys enough to listen to the issue I had whereby they made it a top priority to address the situation and work on it until I was 100% happy. We brought our car in for yearly service contract and as always we had excellent service. we bought our car 3 years ago from salesperson Brian Duffy and have been very happy with the service. He has continued to greet us whenever we have used their service. This time we had a different service rep. Cody Clemons was the service rep. and again we were very pleased with the time he took with us to explain all that was done.
