We are at the Kernan and Atlantic location and the staff is pleasant, shows concern and seems very caring. Hopefully we don't have the need for an ER again but if so this is where we will come. Thank you.
Memorial Hospital is a great hospital, its staff are absolutely people persons.
This is by far the worst hospital I have ever seen. How much sense does it make when after eight days my wife's symptoms are getting worse and she is being released? Commode hasn't been changed in two days. She got a clean gown after a week and no one will help her bathe. It is like taking care of those who are sick is a chore. There is ZERO communication between doctors and nurses here. This is simply the worst I have ever seen.
ER is disgusting! It's a germ pit! Staff has no compassion. Terrible!
I wish I could select zero stars. My wife went into the emergency room on race track road since it was the only place close and open. There was not a wait and that made my wife happy but after being there for 20 minute and leaving happy, she was not happy when she received a bill for $4400 after going to our insurance company that only gave us a discount.
