The nurses and Dr. King took excellent care of my fiance. We were in and out there in about 2 hours. Everyone was so friendly and sympathetic. Our hospital choice from now on!!
Memorial is a horrible hospital,very unprofessional,rude and they will tell you anything just to get you out there hospital.I was recently hospitalized there this month,I spent 3 days there and I suffered because they told me I had a stomach virus and sent me home,I end up going to a different hospital a day later and found out I had stomach ulcers.they misdiagnosed me and gave me the wrong care and treatment,ill never ever go back there again

I have nothing but the highest regard for Memorial Hospital. They have been there for my family for 30 years. Through cancer, birthing two children, and all things associated with life, Memorial Hospital and their amazing staff has been there for us through it all. Our doctors went above and beyond every time to provide compassionate care and well thought out strategies to treat whatever came up, but especially dealing with cancer and it's after affects. I'm proud to call Memorial our hospital for life!
Today, I went to visit a friend in the hospital. His mouth was dry so I went down to buy him lifesavers and gum at the gift shop. Your credit card machine was not working and I had no cash on me to complete my purchase. The sweet volunteer with the auxilliary team was insistant that she pay for my purchase (out of her personal money) since the credit card machine was down (she was working at the gift shop). The people acted like I was bothering them during their social time. Very unproffesional. I never even saw a doctor just a PA. I will not be back ever. I would rather take my chances with shands than deal with these people. They told me if I have these symptoms to return and the symptom were the reason I was there. And I have Insurance.
