Very disappointed that Memorial is an UHC in network provider but contracts with out of network providers for emergency room physicians with no warning to consumers. As a consumer I am now stuck with an ER physicians bill that is almost twice the cost of the hospital bill after contractual prices are posted.
This was the best visit ever!! I was checked in quick, taken to a room immediately and the nurse and physicians assistant came in immediately. The Dr. came in quickly with the PA. I was treated and released under an hour!! Great Job Memorial!!! I felt so much better and am healing up just fine!!! 5 stars!!!
My friend is there, on life support. They told the family the would remove life support at a certain time today, on Christmas Eve. They have now kept them waiting all morning with little to no explanation. What a shameful thing to do to this family.

Wish I could give zero stars! Staff is rude and not helpful, seems like it's a burden for them to do their job!
Horrible! The nurses are very rude in the labor && delivery! And not to mention this place is a bunch of cheap asses! They give you gauze to clean your baby's bottom after a diapering they just tell you to wet it. How can you constantly wet the gauze getting up and down after a c section? Ridiculous! They treat you like your dirt! I will never recommend this hospital to no one!
