I was a patient there several times the room was clean well lite the nursing staff was great the doctors too Food was good gift shop very nice parking was a problem but it was growing pains which I am sure they R aware off & will B addressing the issue with this expansion I am positive they R not going to expand the Hospital &/not address the parking issue.

Time to find another hospital, my mother was 81. They pretty much ignored her in the ER for 36 hours. By the time they got her to CCU she was so weak she had no fight left in her. She finally got operated on but it was too late. Don't let this happen to your loved one. The horrible thing about this was she volunteered at Memorial for 20 years and 13 years at Brooks Rehab and she had faith in them. Too bad they didn't treat her like a human being. This was my 3rd visit to an ER for the same symptoms. The first two were to St. Vincent's Southpoint. After my second visit there enatiled here's an Rx, we can't help you anymore from a doctor who had the bedside manner of a porcupine (doctor, you need to learn what customer service is...you may have gone to school for a very long time, but you are in the customer service business! ).
