My mom has been to Memorial Hospital (Jacksonville, off of University) 3 times in the past year for surgeries. Dr. Rao is beyond amazing, highly recommend her for surgical needs! It is by far the best hospital she has EVER been to, people are so friendly and willing to help not only the patient but the families in any way possible. Before, during and after the surgeries Jimmy (I believe) keeps you up to date on your loved one, he will go above and beyond to find out information for you. They did awesome in the baby dept. The delivery room was like a hotel suite. We enjoyed our time.
I have had nothing but excellent service at this hospital. I was in the emergency unit and then short stay unit. What a professional group of nurses and doctors. Especially Cheryl, Cris and Bo the nurses and all the assistants. So appreciate how nice they were and attentive.
I'm impressed with all the nurse's and stuff who cared for my husband and the cleanliness and friendly people whose helped him.. Thank you all so much���
It's a good hospital and i hope they keep helping people.
One nurse too rough, but the rest of the staff made up for her lack of empathy
