They were very caring and answered any questions I had.
So far its been an ok experience I thank u for making my mom as compfortable during this scary health scare in her reguard following her heart attack and her complications to the stomach and colon infection called diverticulitis! Thank u frm this daughter following my call for rescue on Christmas morning

The nurse jason in RAV on december 20th 2016 was a complete jerk he kept yelling at the staff for nothing. All he did was sit behind the desk and give orders while everyone is running all over the place. What really upset me was when the young lady that was on the shift had a patient in a wheelchair who needed to use the bathroom and she was assisting him when Jason yelled at her and told her to leave him in there and to go do something else...I'm completely disgusted by what I saw will never go back to memorial... Jacksonville Memorial Hospital is not patient centered. Their ability to communicate with the patient, coordinate support staff for procedures, and schedule complex operations is third world.
My nurses were wonderful and doctors were very personable. They did ok with getting and keeping my pain levels under control. Now if I could just get out of here that would be awesome. Over all am pleased with the "service" I've gotten.
So unprofessional nurse at shortstay popping her gum so loud at 2am knowing sick people are trying to sleep hate shortstay
