The staff is awesone, very accommodating. They explain everything you need to know. They help you in every way they can.
The Head Nurse on 2C was very rude & disrespectful to us, accussing us of dirting up the room. When in fact, nothing was on the ground to begin with. She was an angry Korean Lady. Watch out Future Patients. I don't know her name, but she will give you hell on earth. And you know the Hospital is going to believe it's staff before it's patients.
Nurses are very helpful and attentive to your health and comfort needs. The meals are filling and delicious
My husband was admitted and has had a total positive experience so far. From the kindness of the staff to the quality of his surgeon and even the food was very good.
Went to we with my daughter... Arrived at 1:30p didn't leave till 9:30p they didn't do a darn thing!
Visited Memorial's ER at Atlantic & Kernan. PA Tom and Nurse Jessica are amazing!! Very professional but very friendly!! We laughed our entire visit. I cut my finger while prepping dinner and so we had a good chat about what I was making and going home to finish. They really are TOP NOTCH!!! I had to get a tetanus shot and Jessica made it painless. I'm a baby with shots but it was a small pinch vs what it could have been. I highly recommend Atlantic Memorial ER to all!
These folks should not be allowed to practice medicine. Wanted to go to the express care, they were not open. Walked over to the ER, was told I would have to wait a bit.......they had two (2) patients and NO ONE in the waiting room. Do yourself a favor, drive downtown and be seen where people care.
The facility in Mandarin was promoted as an urgent care center and hospital in my neighborhood so when my son had a fever he couldn't shake for a few days we took him in. The Doctor was great and spent time showing him his X-ray where it showed mild pneumonia. I kept asking what the charges would be and no one could tell me. They could not even produce a bill or invoice of services. 1 month later I get the bill totaling over $6000! That's insane!
