So unprofessional I had to beg for my medicine hours after it was time to get it they told me 30 different diagnosis and send me home saying "I'm perfectly healthy" while I'm leaving with the same pain I came here with. Never coming again.
Staff very concerned & helpful our daughter had a procedure perform there awesome experience thank you she is also a RN �blessed!
My father is in the hospial right now and he called my son at 4am and he called me at 5pm letting ys know that personnel is not doing there job. He has called asking for help to be changed from a chair to the bed and he has been ignored. There is little personnel to help there elder people but it has to be corrected the call them self Hospital of Excellency but not true is a lot of BS.
I enjoyed my stay. The procedure was timely. Everyone was so professional. The staff was kind and encouraging... I sort of don't want to leave � Thank you for all your help!
I was recently discharged from Memorial after a full shoulder replacement. I want to thank and applaud the wonderful nursing staff and treatment that I received during my stay. The nurses led by 4 west director, Denise, were Brittany, Rosalinda, Christine and Geno. They were professional, attentive to all my clinical needs but most importantly kind and considerate of my well being. Everything we expect in good nursing care but so often lacking these days.
