Aside of 2 noncompasionate employees, Everyone was very compassionate and caring. Lori S. The nurse leader on central 3 is AWESOME!!!!!! As is Michelle and Tiffany. I am in the medical field and know what it's like to take care of patients. They all worked as a team, which is how it SHOULD Be. It should be like your family member and that's how these ladies made me feel. Like family. Thank you 3 central for all your help... lots of love from "Your Favorite Patient "

So professional. Their bed side manner is comforting, and my wait was no where near what I thought it would be. I highly recommend their emergency services. Thanky you Mr. William (Bill) Schoonover, FNP for your attention to detail and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my short stay.
Yesterday at 8:30pm I was having pain on my upper chest area. My husband took me to the emergency room at Memorial hospital. We got there at 9:00pm. An hour later they took me to get a ultrasound. Then hour after that I had to get blood work. While me and my husband was in the waiting room the pain went away. I didn't see the doctor until about 3:30am in the morning. I was in the waiting room for 4 hours and the employees were very rude. It seemed like they knew nothing to be working in an emergency room. None the less I have serious health issues that weren't shown any attention. Sad to say I ended up leaving due to the way staff treated me.
My experience was So positive because the procedure was a success! I must inform everyone who has heart problems they can help!!! Their heart staff is very professional caring and knowledgeable. They are at the top of their craft. Amazingly first time ever that the time factor was as planed. They are helping people to better health in a caring and happy way. All the staff were genuinely glad to be present and doing what they could to make me better. They made me feel safe and in a warm way.
