Your appointment scheduling should be improved. I arrived 8 am for 8:30 am appointment with Dr Ashchi. I waited until 1:15 pm when I was finally taken into surgery room. I was told and realize my time would come after the doctor was finished with his other patient. This was an exhausting day from Memorial Hospital. On the happy side, the complementary car valet service was great, thank you for that!
My wife had outpatient surgery and the staff was great.
