The nurses and staff there were the nicest people I have encounter at a hospital. They made my stay there enjoyable
Lack of communication. Tell you they are going to do something doesn't happen. Had issues with pain control for my daughter until I blew up and called everyone I could. Got much better but I have to stay on top of when meds are due. She came in for gall bladder attack/surgery on the 28th of Feb. which is usually day surgery. She's still here. Starting on 3rd week.
This place is run by idiots! I came into the ER with a back injury, which I told them it could be a herniated disc because I have had one before. They took x-rays which was a waste of time because you can't see back/disc injuries that way, but whatever. I told them I took Lisinopril and they prescribed me 800 mg ibuprofen which I am not even supposed to take with that. I didn't even get to see a doctor, just a nurse practitioner with painted on eyebrows who could barely carry on a conversation. I bet the drug addict next to ... read more
The ER staff (nurse) that I encountered was rude and angry about having to do her work load.She enter my room without so much as a greeting adjusted my bed as I was on the phone without so much as a warning and then was offend because I told her she sat it up so high she hurt my back she responded your mad because I sat you up.My response was yes because you could have asked me and I could have said what was comfortable.She walked out my room and slammed the door behind her .
I had a outpatient surgery this morning. Everyone was polite & very throughly . Security in patient info was top notched.Caring nurses and doctors & other staff was a 5 +. All working like a wheel greased machine. Thanks to everyone for the kindness at my stay.
