Worst hospital EVER!!! Does not care about patients just gives them medicine to dope them up then discharge them. Also staff is very rude! Called my cellphone 15x and 8 voicemails .. while at work. After I told them my schedule
Started out at the Kernan and Atlantic ER this past Friday night and was later transfered to the main ER and admitted. My experience was fantastic. I encoutered only one staff person with less than exemplary bed side manner and my contact with him was limited. Everyone else from ER nurses and floor nurses to the ER dr and OB dr I saw were fantastic. I have zero complaints about my treatment and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thanks Memorial staff for making a very tough 24 hours bearable.
The cafeteria tried to charge me $367 for a bottled water. The cashier didn't bother to tell me my total before she swipped my card, so glad I checked my receipt before I left. They refunded the money but still, that shouldn't happen, and I had to nearly cause a scene to get the supervisor out to fix it.
We went to the urgent care center off of Atlantic after my boyfriend scalded himself with a cup of coffee and I must say, the customer service was just outstanding. We were in and out in maybe 10-15 minutes. He was in severe pain and they were caring and compassionate and took his needs seriously. Unbelievable for an ER!! ��
All the angels in the stroke Unit are very wonderful people especially nurse Donna.. thank y'all.. room s-6..
When I first arrived here I rated this a one but since I have been here few days , the nurses have been wonderful and very understanding. I hope all works out as well.
Im currently in the ER now.... The nursing staff has been great both trips. Alex on Tuesday was a sweetheart and Jackie along with Kabrina are top notch today
