In and Out really fast No waiting for a long time
Worse emergency room around. How are you going to say someone is dehydrated but not give them an IV. I thought it was your job to help someone no matter what. And you had to draw blood twice because the 1st one was wanky or did someone lose it. Ridiculous! Will never come again!!!!
When you’re sick and at your most vulnerable, and helpless stages,and especially when your Dr advice you to go to the ER. Well this hospital was inadequate, unprofessional. My experience was beyond my worst nightmares you would think that they were capable to show compassion, kindness and care. I hate this place! They discuss your medical reason why you're there in the lobby in front of people. Then the register ask for your ss# in fron of everyone in the waiting area! Benn waiting 3 hours and still haven't seen a doctor yet!
The receptionist at memorial hospital has no customer service skills she rude. Her name is Renee and she thinks she owns the hospital. Does not know how to talk to people.
Best hospital great Drs. Loved all of the nursing staff, tech's, respiratory PT, food service, etc all of you been great, been here 16 days thanks for saving my husband's life. We even love the "vampires" (lab ladies).
