I’m from north Mississippi and can’t say enough good things about this hospital! From the doctors/surgeons, nurses, patient care techs, pt, ot, and everyone else that we’ve come in contact here have been phenomenal. They saved my son’s life and I will be forever grateful!! They’ve treated me and my son with such kindness. Thank you!!
No good communication skills, so far all staff suck at that. No professionalism! My mother has been here since 12/7/17. No one has called give updates on her progress. So we decide to stay the night so we can be closer. Can't sleep in the CCU family lounge after 7am. No signs posted. This is not in the brochure. WTF. I can keep going. This place sucks and so far the staff do too.
Ive been here for almost 2 hours, no one is here and still haven’t seen anyone. All the nurses do in the back is stay on their computers. So much for an EMERGENCY ROOM! You get paid for sitting on your butt all day or night...
My Brother had surgery this afternoon and he was in his room we came to visit. The nurse in charge Maria came in and was being very rude to my family and I because my nephew had touched and empty bed in room, upsetting my brother who I just had surgery to the point were he was unable to finish him meal. She was very unprofessional and rude she works on the 5th floor. 12/20/17 #sensitivitytrainingneeded
Hate them! They are the reason I got Hep C!! Gave me dirty blood and knew they were doing so, said it was all the blood they had. The one nurse was against it, the other said it was all they had. Didn't know I had Hep C till years later, by then, it was to late. Now I am messed up.
