The staff is amazing. I just really wish the doctors would keep you better informed. Itz a bariatric hospital and all the Or tables etc are for tiny people
They treated my boyfriend with the utmost care, he was very pleased with everything!
We have been pleased with care and friendliness of his caregivers. He has pneumonia and was put into s room very quickly. I do believe a little more of a person care would be what Is missing. No one to help him with hygiene or encourage walking that pneumonia out. But over all pleasant
My son was admitted in the hospital Sunday evening, and from Sunday to Wednesday the nurses and doctor's was nice, concern, Generous, Helpful, And made sure they explain everything well. But I really would like to think the nurse loraine in pediatric I just think she did a outstanding job we couldn't have asked for a better nurse .. Thank you memorial hospital!!!
I am well taken care of. God is in this place. I am blessed.
So very disappointed with my Dad's care in the Senior Pavilion mental health unit. He has been there for 5 days and I have talked to one nurse, who didn't know what was going on. I've left messages with nurses and social worker to call me and I've heard nothing. The staff on the phone have been rude and unhelpful. I've been told conflicting times regarding the times my Dad is able to call me. I'm actually not a person who complains. In fact, I wrote rave reviews after his last visit.
