My wife was picked up by rescue yesterday stomach virus that caused some trouble with her asthma when arrived the ER staff in back had them take my wife to main waiting room after sitting there bout an hour with her throwing up I went to desk asked how long said she was next I told them she was having trouble with asthma they took her right into the ER once in the back her nurse was great he worked with her for awhile helping her we were admitted overnight she's home now doing better. I posted this the other day but it seems to have disappeared . I rated this hospital 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars. This was the worst experience we have ever had. The majority of the staff was rude and could not or would not answer a simple question. One pct actually shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. I had a doctor walk out of the room while I was speaking to him. There was moldy wet ceiling tiles in my husbands room. My husband is normally a patient at Mayo Clinic and had to g... read more
In and out the same day after having surgery for appendicitis. The Doctors and nurses where great explain every part of the process and recovery. I will recommend this hospital to everyone. Very friendly professional staff.
I just visited your freestanding ER on Atlantic this morning with my son and had the BEST experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the pediatrician was especially great with my 4 year old! 4 minute wait. 4. That's it. 4 minutes. Thank you for creating this location! My son's pediatrician's office wouldn't give us the time of day today despite fever and a fast forming rash all over his body. Your nurses and doctors really were fantastic.

This hospital used to be a good one to go to. They treated patients very well. Not so anymore. Probably be treated better at Shands
Right knee started hurt[ng on the 21st of November to the point were I could not walk . came here 3 times prior to my surgery and just had a total right knee replacement done 12-29-2015 everyone here from the janitor up to the doctors treated us with great respect and care you can tell that everyone at the hospital enjoyed their job and took a great sense of pride in what they did . My wife Jan and I would like to thank everyone here who helped us get thru this surgery.
I have to give this hospital a 5 star because of how they allowed this family to come in and celebrate with the winning of Derrick Henry. No one forces you to be nice, it has to be in the heart. My prayer goes out to his grandmother. We ask the almighty God to comfort you and to keep you in His loving care.
I have nothing bad to say about Memorial Hospital. ER was very attentive, kind, and caring from the time I came in complaning of chest pains until the day I was discharged. My life was saved by the wonderful doctors, nurses, attendants and others. I am truly thankful. God Bless Memorial Hospital!!!!
