No communication, poor patient experience, poor patient family experience. no follow from nursing staff, and that is from the ED staff. Can't wait to experience the floor staff.

After seeing a Dr once before and not may I add one from This organization I had been burned on my legs had some signs of infection and heightened pain came into the Atlantic blvd location at forst arrival I was looked at like I was a bother. At first contact tried to deter me from checking In as they would have to do all paperwork manually since counter was down. Wonderful hospital! Would recommend to family and friends. I remember the days i spent there delivering my son.
Never been there
I just spent 20 minutes on the phone, was transferred 5 times- only to be sent to a dead end while trying to find out about a complaint I had filed in January. I tried to email someone last week for an update with no response- and when I try to call any of the numbers I have for people supposedly able to help me, no one answers or has a voicemail set up. Is there anyone who cares that I was not properly seen and thereby misdiagnosed by your ER doctor?
Slow, slow, slow. They're express care is far from fast, it was just a sprained ankle. Nothing big took 3 hours to get in and out.. Going to St . Vincent's next time.
