We have been waiting for 3 weeks to get our recyclables picked up. After calling 3 times on separate weeks, we were promised a return phone call from a supervisor (*****) who said an operations manager would be in touch. No one even had the courtesy to call. We will be looking for a new trash company. Republic's service is not worth the frustration."

I have been having issues with trash pickup. This week they failed to pickup my trash on Monday and I have called in each day this week to request them to come back to get it. Their staff has told me that they have added me to the route for the day and still no trash pickup has occurred. It is now Friday and they still have not come to get it or contact me with an excuse or reason. I call to speak to a supervisor and sit on hold for excessive amounts of time. It has now been *** weeks since our trash has been picked up. I've called multiple times and have been told, "I'll put an order in to dispatch". BUT. NOTHING. HAPPENS!! Our neighborhood reeks--the temperature has been in the upper 80's (90 today)!! It's beyond disgusting AND ridiculous! A refund need to be given as the service I've paid for isn't being received!

This business has quite picking up recycling and does not respond to requests. Today in June 11th 2021, and I have not had recycling picked up since May 4th 2021. Despite daily calls requesting a pick up and being told that they will tomorrow since I started calling June 2nd. Then they said I would get a return call, never did. Time to go to my township board, since they don't even have a bbb rating."

Customer service is absolutely awful. I have had to call the customer service line a two times over the past week. I was on hold for 45 minutes the first time I called before someone picked up. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours as I am typing this and still no one has picked up. There is no call back option or any additional info provided as to what the expected wait time is in order to speak with someone. My garbage was missed for the second time in 30 days, **************** is horrible! ********** ***** is rude! Still have not had my garbage picked **** 10 days

I don't even know where to start. From them raising the price, their rude customer service, or their frequently missed pickups all issues that they have yet to change. On average my trash gets missed once a month. I usually let it slide unless my trash is full or it's summer and stuff starts to smell. Well last week it was supposed to go on Thursday. This company is not accountable to anyone. The **************** supposedly oversees their franchise agreement but will do nothing if there is a dispute or issue. Was on hold for an hour with a billing question, gave up. As a warning this company will put liens on your property without notifying you or attempting to contact you. It does not surprise me since the county makes money off this arrangement. What a scam.

This company charges $21.00 to deliver a new residential container and $53.00 to remove the same container when you cancel your services with them. The competitor in this same area does not charge to deliver or remove a residential container.
