Requested and put a deposit down on residential trash and recycling on the 18th of June. Was given a can drop off day of the 25th, called the 26th for a status update, and they told me my cans would be here the 28th. Called again the 29th since trash pickup was the 2nd and they said they would escalate it and I would get a call within 24hours from a manager. We've had republic services for several years and pickup has been sporadic, every month or so a pickup would get missed, but they would get it the following week (or pickup day is *******), but we never received any calls or credit for the missed pickups. However, it has now been 3 WEEKS of missed pickups in a row. I used Republic Trash Services for 2 years in West ******* and never had an issue with getting my trash picked up. I moved 4 miles away but still in West ******* and in the span of four weeks they missed picking up my trash twice. I noticed all my neighbors used ****** so I believe they didnt want to go out of their way to pick up at my house. Cancelled my service in April. End of June and my container still had not been picked up. Being charged for pickup so we took and dropped off last week. Got another late notice today and another $35 charge for being suspended. Sent an email back today with all info I sent them last week. Decided social media is the next step for resolution!

Republic Services is a bunch of thieves. They charged us almost $3,300 per month for service and when we confronted them, the lowered the **** to $200/mo. Is this crazy or what ??? We are no longer doing business with them and if you are or even thinking about then you are bigger fool than me for doing it knowing what kind of company this is. *** ******* + price gouging. Inconsistent service. Have raised rates substantially. Terminated service with them. They issued me a credit for $101.20. Need a check not a credit. This was six weeks ago. Tried to call at 3 different numbers. Put on perpetual music droning hold.

They gave me a quote for 15 a month then I get a **** for $72 for 3 months so I call they tell me I have to pay for gas 18 quarterly plus taxes. Its ridiculous it should be included in the monthly fee which they dont tell u about. So sneaky and unprofessional for a business to do. Now if I want to cancel I have to pay over $70 for them to take the container. Very disgusting way to do business shame on you guys.
