BUYERS BEWARE!!! I have been with republic for over a year now, the reason I chose them is how polite they were over the phone, wow was I mistaken.. They have missed my trash more then they actually showed up to get it, then when I would come home the trash cans were always knocked over, (just messy company) .. So real problem came this last month, I haven't been picked up since 07/07 and it is now 07/23, so two weeks missed.. when I call them they tell me to set it out again the next day and still no pickup... two weeks in ... read more

These clowns! Consistently these clowns have missed my entire cul-de-sac! There's 4 houses back here with 2 cans a piece that never get collected on trash day! We've complained to their corporate offices in AZ, left yelp reviews that were answered with a "please email us" and we emailed! I'm withholding paying them until this is fixed and I've let them know that. This whole ordeal is asinine. They're absolutely living up to the name of garbage people their service is so trash.

If you think they're hard to deal with wait until you try to cancel service. Charged me $73.06 to pick up their trash can. Hounded me for months and kept sending bills and disconnect fees after service had been canceled for months. Average wait times for a customer service person by phone is an hour and 40 minutes. Zero stars should be an option.

They are terrible our trash was missed last Tuesday and they lied three times when they where picking up it smells bad now yesterday they miss our street for everyones trash so environmental un safe

This company rating is below any stars, so I can't select a STAR RATING for this trash company. The reason a star is selected is because the system forces you to select a star... I have been a customer with this company for 7 weeks beginning on June 2, 2021. The only thing this company has done on schedule was when they delivered my trash can to my house. This company is by far the worst company I have ever did business with. I have used this company for quite so time and at first my **** was manageable, all of a sudden the **** is almost $30 higher. You call the company to get an explanation as to why your **** is so high and you are met with the nastiest service. I requested a refund check of ***** on at least 5 occasions issued to my new address over a year ago. Have yet to receive the refund check nor a copy of a previous refund check. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!***************** with ********************** assured me the issue would be address but has never provided the refund or copy of the ****** refund check. Guess I will have to have my attorneys deal with this issue.

Republic Services is the WORST business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I reported a missed pick-up four days in a row and customer service told me everyday that someone would pick up the trash that day or the next. After the fourth call to report the same missed pick-up I requested a cancelation and for them to pick-up the full trash containers and take them away. This is a terrible company. Ordered service from them, over a month after they are supposed to deliver our containers, theyre still missing one container. I wrote and called many times and they do not reply. Stay far away from them if you can.
