The cost of trash pick-up was consistently increased with no explanation of why. I discontinued automatic payment method and called to cancel ******************** before the next **** was due. We have only had this ********************** service for 2 months. More than once have they failed to pick up our **********************, and when calling about a failed pick up I get several different false answers as to why it wasn't picked up. Have had ********************** for a few years. Have missed several pickups every year. Sometimes they don't completely empty the bin. Sometimes it apparently (?) doesn't all get in the truck and they leave trash all over. If I leave an extra bag on top they will actually pick it off and leave it in yard rather than dispose of it (I called on this and they said they don't pick up "extra" unless we arrange in advance. I've been trying to deal with them on a payment that somehow has gone *** since 05/10/2021 @ 9:49am. The payments been taken out of my bank and I've made 5 phone calls and everyone has said they would call me back and I haven't received any calls back or if they have called back they've called my husband's phone. I received an email from the collection department today! I'm not real happy about any of this. We haven't had trouble with pickup but the customer service department really needs some help."

Having lived in multiple states with 40 years of garbage collection, *** never had poorer service. Republic is the worst. Every few months they dont pick up my ********************. You call and are promised youre on the schedule for the next day. No pick up. You call next day and are promised again. No pick up. You call and are told a supervisor will call you. No call. Ordered trash removal and recycling the website said trash picked up 2times a week once a week for recycling. My cans were dropped off June 10th 2021. I called that day to check pickup days. I was told they only pick up both cans once a week. I told them I went with their company because they are supposed to pick up twice a week. They are more expensive then the other company I was looking at. They said they will only pick up once. I told them to cancel my service and pickup the cans. Buyer beware, Republic has a contract that if you do not give them a written letter SIX months in advance of your expiration date, which is every three years, they automatically renew your contract for another THREE years. Of course when they do that, their renewal price goes up. We found other waste removal companies were almost half their price. Do you your homework beforehand and find someone else if at all possible...
