This trash service is a joke. Constantly missing my pickup which causes trash to pile up in my garage and smells horrid! Every time we report it, we're told it will be picked up by the next day and of course it's not. If I could give 0 stars I would. My recycling has been picked ** once in the last month and a half and both cans are on the curb in literally the easiest location possible, the day before pickup every week. They're too big to care about 1 customer but we will be taking our business elsewhere along with the rest... read more

I'm not one to complain like this...but my experience was SO BAD, that I think others should be aware before doing business with this company. I called yesterday to add an extra monthly pickup to our dumpster service. We currently pay around $75 and the gentleman said it was going to be another $245 to add an extra dump each month....ummmmmm....I asked him if he had something incorrect on the bid because that made absolutely no sense and his response was "Actually, I get off at 5:30 (it was 5:31) so you're going to have to c... read more

Cancelled service in June when I received my **** for July-Sept that included a 20% increase. Called to try to get them to lower it but was unsuccessful. Now they have sent me an invoice for $60 to pick up the empty containers....I did exactly what they instructed, had them ready and empty for a July 2 pickup. Called again to argue but they still say I owe them $60; was never instructed that there was a fee for this...I mean its THEIR containers. Republic Trash Services often times miss my pickup or they are or at least a day late and when you call they offered no credit for delayed service I would not recommend this company to anyone They do not care about the average consumer and they will continue to raise your rates without any notice

Our trash is due to be picked up on Fridays. Our whole neighborhood was not picked up and a text message came through saying it would be picked up in 24 hours. We have a household of 8 people. With 2 trash bins. Trash was not picked up that day. So on day 3 I called and they are closed on Sundays. Called Monday and inquired what was going on, the lady I spoke with said, driver shorted but it should be picked up that day before 6pm. Over the last few months we have had several missed pick **** After switching recycling to every other week they still cannot pick it up. I pay $20/month for recycling and they cannot come get it when they should. Today marks 13 calls 13 reschedule miss pick *** and still no trash or recycling pick up today. Not just recycling is being missed trash too and they only thing they would do for me going 3 weeks with out service from them is give me a $9 credit....

I had a trash and recycling container dropped off on July 8 after requesting service at a new residence to start ASAP on July 2. It is now July 26 and no trash pick up to date. Recycling has been picked up twice. For trash,I have had two scheduled no shows, two reschedules that were also no shows and now am suppose to believe they will be here July 29. Last week they told me my trash day was Monday and today I find out after a no show and me calling them that it is Thursday. My wife and I have spent hours in total on the pho... read more

Horrible customer service and or billing department. I reserved and paid for a 30 yard dumpster. They delivered a 20 yard dumpster. I told them that wouldnt work. Driver said hed make a note of it, but never did according to billing department. So as the bin became full I called and asked for it to be removed and said Id need another bin which I wouldnt be paying for to replace it (told them a 10 yard would work but again Im not paying anything extra as Ive already paid for a 30 yard which hasnt shown up.) 5 days of lost wor... read more

We have been using the "service" of this company for a few years. Since they failed to pick up the trash on many occasions we closed the account early June. They are still sending invoices after almost two months. They even denied that we called them to cancel the service. Of course, calling the company is nearly impossible because their "representatives" only pick up the phone after very long waiting time. They still have not acknowledged in writing that I have cancelled their "service". Terrible company, stay away!
