Three missed recycling pickups in a row. I use the app to report, and I am promised a next day pickup that never happens. I called the company (waited out the 30 minute hold time) and was told the issue was escalated. Seven weeks with no service yet they have taken my money. They are not a legitimate company and should not be taking people's money. Mine neighborhood appears to be in the exact same situation as all bins are overflowing. So disappointed to scam people who are trying to do a good thing for the environment.

Republic provided waste pick-up for us in another town, and I stayed with them when moving. I was given a price, a start date, was told to bring my cart, that fees would be the same ones charged at my old address, and that Id be billed quarterly. They did not pick up on the start date and when I called they said they hadnt assigned us to a route. A couple of calls later, they set another pick up date. No show. They currently have a contract in the city that I reside in. They have about a 20 percent pickup rate. It pains me that I have to waste my time and call them. An area manager contacted me last month and said he would contact me back in a week. He never did. This company has an excuse for everything. Long story short, if Republic could not fulfill the contract, they should have not taken it.

Expensive and poor customer service. Signed a one year agreement and our trying to charge us $1200 to cancel. We had taken care of this at the beginning of July. Ill pay $1200 to a lawyer before I pay them anything. No one calls you back and they over charge compared to other companies.

Wish I could give them less than 1 star because they don't even deserve that much. Canceled service July 22nd after 2 missed ************** leaving one of my bins half In the street with it laying on the ground & the lid completely broke off. In the last month I've spent over 4 hours being on hold/talking to them. Was given 3 different dates they've failed to pick the bins up. why doesn't better business bureau do any thing about this business? this is a useless site. I've read the other reviews & this business is still open!! You won't let me do less than one star so that's what I'm doing. how can a trash company not pick up your trash? but still expect you to pay your ****.

This is a poorly run company. Every time I call I wait on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. Then half the time the person on the other end doesn't know what's going on and says they're going to put me on hold, then hang up on me. This is the third time I've rented a large bin for yard trash from them and every single time, I have to call them relentlessly for days after the pick up date so that someone will come and get the bin out of my yard. Unorganized, with poorly trained customer service representatives.

I cancelled my service almost 3 week's ago because of poor service. Missed pickups and promised next day pickup but don't show. They charge for recyclables and they never have picked up my recyclables. I was told my refund would take 5 to 7 business day's, called today and now being told a refund takes 6 to 7 week's. This company is completely incompetent and doesn't care about it's customer.
