I give them 2 stars because they did at least pick up the trash on most Mondays. Every other interaction that I had with them was astonishingly bad. When I established service, they double charged me for my container. I called to get the extra charge removed and they told me that all they could do was to give me a $10 credit. Then when I requested cancelation, they sat on my request for two weeks before telling me that they couldn't process requests made on their website. Their prices continue to increase every quarter. Then they added an environmental/fuel fee. My last **** was $94 for 3 months service and $25 of that **** was for that fee. I cancelled my plan and they told me they would charge me $30 to pick up the cart, but they continued to **** me for services Aug-Oct 2021. They picked up my cart on 8-2-21. Worst Trash company ever!!!!! I have had 2 trash bins for over 2 months but they want to charge me for they after they failed to pick them up! They said they picked them up thats funny cause I check cameras on the day and nobody even stopped by. But they still want you to pay for something that is there fault! I would never recommend them to anyone!

We normally have our trash collected on Monday. Well. we have called every day since Monday, and still have our trash cans waiting to be collected - today is Saturday. Each day we called, and waited for the phone to be answered, we were assured that our trash would be picked up the next day. They even gave **** ******* number. Well, they are no longer worth the hassle. We are looking for another company!

Is there a negative star? Absolute joke! I order trash pickup, $150/qtr. I don't get a trash can for 6 weeks after moving into our home. I found a competitor that was half the price $75/qtr so I call and cancel with Republic. I then receive a **** for $75 for a trash can drop off, which took a month and a half to receive. Had to hold trash in our garage in bags all week until pickup. Others are getting a senior discount from this company. I called and tried also since I am 68. The girl said I was already getting the discount even though I am not. My **** is higher than my neighbors with the same service. Lady was extremely rude to say the least. Thanks to the city contract with them I cant drop this company. **************** with this business is beyond horrible.

They only emptied 1/2 of my recycle container on Friday 8/27. Notified them of the missed pick up within 2 hours of when they came. As of 8/31, they still have not came to pick up. I want a refund for the week of no service.

Cancelled my residential service with them when I sold my house. Can only cancel once a month, so said they would mail an accurate **** to reflect the one month of service that I didnt need. I continue to get bills and late fees even though I cancelled months ago. I have tried to call them no less than 5 times and have waited on hold for OVER 2 HOURS every single time before hanging up. This business is a disgrace. Erroneous billing and wont answer the phone. They honestly should be shut down.
