I do not recommend Republic Services at all! I waited two months for new cans that were NEVER delivered but they charged me for them. Scheduled a bulk pick up that they missed and rescheduled 4 times that they charged me for but NEVER picked it up. **************** is horrible and each person I speak to tells me something completely different. *************** and office is worst. Havent had trash picked up since August 4, 2021, which was 1st time after our service date was changed from Monday to Wednesday. We have called no less than 10 times and after holding and being transferred to finally a supervisor and/or told someone would call us back (which we have not heard from anyone), still nothing. I see they have a 1 star average on here - and its well deserved. I just moved into a house a few weeks ago, and despite several calls (and promises) they simply will not pick up and swap out the previous owners old disgusting garbage cans. They are absolutely filthy and disgusting - Ive called about 5 times with a minimum wait time each time of 20 minutes - and the old nasty cans are still sitting in my driveway. *******, ** area, Residential/Commercial Account:I have had an account with Republic for over a year now, 2x monthly pickup for a business that requires a 2 yard dumpster. I have been in business for myself for over 31 years and I am relatively certain that Republic Services is the worst, most unreliable company with whom I have ever had the displeasure to do business. One star is too many,after 4years in business and now I'm closing the business.i can't stop service with them because they say I had three years contract with them so last year I had to let them know I am closing my business one year ago which I had no idea that I'm closing my business.

I tried canceling service in March. Whomever I spoke with didn't get it right. I continued to get billed. I called every month, was kept on hold for over 30 minutes each time I called. Was promised the problem was fixed. But kept getting bills and now late fees. It's now August and I'm still trying to get the problem resolved. I get letters and emails saying they will send me to collections. I talk with representatives who promise everything has been resolved. I just want to be finished with Republic. The worst service I've ever experienced. They jacked up my prices and they're justifying it with corporate speak while my neighbor is paying half of what I am paying. On top of all of that they're going to charge some ridiculous $30 fee to pick up their containers.

We have been with republic for 20+ years and our trash pickup has been missed more times (at least 40) than I can keep count. Calling does absolutely nothing. Just recently they didn't pickup 3 weeks in a row. Strangely enough they get my neighbors. Terrible run company. Now there billing department is always very prompt and on time. Guess that's how you cheat people.

This company is trash. Literally. They dont provide the services that are paid for. And give you the run around when you complain. Im canceling my service and they can take their can return fee and shove it. Im not paying. If you do use this service document everything.
