Atrocious service! I've only lived here for a few months and have never had such appalling service. It has been 4 weeks since they've picked up my recycling and now they've started missing trash pick up as well. Multiple multiple phone calls to customer service, all very pleasant and useless. I wish I could give less than 1 star. I was notified by mail that Republic had bought out Heartland Waste in Warrensburg, In the letter, I was assured that there would be no interruption in services. The next week Republic would take over for Heartland. I set out my trash and no one picked up. After 5 days, I called and left 2 messages. No one EVER called me back. In the 11 years I have lived at the same address with the same service my **** has almost tripled. I went from $80 per quarter to $250. Every quarter for the last 5 years my **** goes up $5 to $10. Essentially paying about $20 a week for 2 cans. Strange thing is my neighbors are paying $140 for the exact same service on the same route. I think I have been overcharged/scammed for many years. Canceled my service and found another provider.

Lied to us multiple times about picking up previous house owner cans. We have used them in the past with bills constantly increasing even with missed pickups. This company is a joke, and the reviews reflect that. Lowest score I've ever seen myself on the bbb that is in full operation still. The community needs to fund a lawsuit to shut this company down.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Republic Services in ********* ** bought out Powells Trash. They never picked up in the first 3 weeks. Never sent out a truck to do so in that time when called to complain. You cant call their direct line provided on ****** it only hangs **. Twice their trucks turned around ** MY YARD leaving huge muddy tracks. Called twice to complain NOTHING. Always turned around in my driveway breaking apart my asphalt. Then we build a fence and they HIT THE ***** NOT 8 HOURS AFTER COMPLETING IT!!!!!!! ... read more

I was a Republic Services customer for 7 years in ****************. Generally speaking, I did not have issues with my trash or recycling collection. However, rates rose significantly during that time period and when we purchased a new house and moved this summer, I ended my service with Republic Services and started service with a local provider that offers a better rate. Keep missing pick **** paid more get less...never answer emails inquiries...paying for two pick *** now and not even getting the one per week. Seemed confused when you call about it like they cannot figure it out..

Republic Services took over Tenleytown Trash and ruined a small local business. The staff at ****** location are rude and unresponsive. Don't expect to get contact to resolve any of your issues. No value for customers and horrible follow up. There should be a zero star allocation.
