My sons windshield was hit and cracked by a stone that came off one of their trucks, he took pics of truck and license plate. We called and filed a claim, that one was lost, never heard from them. Had to call again and file another claim. A man named **** has been in touch, someone came out to inspect damage. This has been about a month or so of ongoing correspondence. I call everyone I can . I called the 311 number ... Ive called them ... Ive called the sewer company ... nothing changes !!! My trash sits out there for WEEKS !!! Its sad they ride by our house and skip the ENTIRE BLOCK ... we tried to flag them down and RIGHT AFTER I called to say my trash was not picked up ... all they do is give a file number but I need them to come pick up my garbage ... THATS WHAT IM PAYING FOR RIGHT ?!!! Terrible company and you need to do better
I closed on a home in ******, ** late August. I have called 21 times and emailed several times to have my trash and recycling cans delivered. Each time I am promised they will be there the next day and I have yet to see them. I have been patient and I am understanding that companies are understaffed and working hard. But I'm paying for the service, yet I have no trash or recycling cans.
There is not a worse customer service experience than what you will receive with Republic Services. Regular missed pickups, long hold times, promises that are not kept to retrieve pickups, call back promises that aren't kept, emails not returned, they changed our recycling to bi-weekly but the price stayed the same. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps and managers on the phone and today I was told on the phone that my account shows I have never spoken to a supervisor. I used this service for about 15 years. My issue was that when I decided to switch to a local service they told me they would charge to pick up the 3 containers. This is not an industry standard charge. My contract does show that this fee would be charged. They did not follow up on the 4 calls I made regarding this issue. They are dismissive and frustrating to deal with. Please choose another company for your waste management.
I'm having trouble getting my yard waste picked up on a regular basis. I'v talked to representatives several times but to no avail. We've paid for service upfront but they don't seem to care. A branch manager was supposed to call me but I haven.t heard back yet. Worst service ever.
We have had multiple missed pick *** on our scheduled delivery. Our rates keep going up but the service sucks!!! Was suppose to get a new trash can that the garbage pick truck destroyed. They gave me a delivery date of 10-28-2021. Did not happen had to call them AGAIN THEM FINALLY got new trash can like 5 days later and missed two trash pick ***. They miss us all the time and no credit towards our **** no emails to say why. This service is the worst. But we have no other option because believe me we would switch
They Have completely blocked the Main Street off here in our neighborhood for one house anyone else's house they would have left everything there like they do here all the time and you have to schedule an actual pick up you cannot block the main road for a house that has a bunch of trees outside that's what tree services are for. The poor service I have ever seen

Our garage is full of garbage due to Republic Services' inefficiency, and we have been dealing with this issue for 8 weeks. We ordered a bin, and it was delivered in place that couldn't be serviced. We called them to move the bin to a different place, they came but kept it in the same place. We have been unsuccessfully trying to get them back to move it to the right place.
