Very poor service and customer service. I have been trying to get a container delivered for over a month to start service and while I have a **** - no container and no service. I have tried calling back but I get a message saying their phone service is out. Was hoping they would have good service, but that is not the case.

I have only had Republic services for a few months. Once before they have skipped their pickup and the best they could offer was for me to wait a week for the next one. This Wednesday before Thanksgiving they missed their pickup. I called and they offered to come Friday. They did not come Friday. I called and they offered to come Monday. They did not come Monday. This by far is the worst trash company. I hate even dealing with them. They don't care if your trash is being picked up. No matter how many times you call about a missed pickup it still remains the same. Then they have the nerves to be high. I swear if I knew what I know now about this company they wouldn't have gotten my business. There are so many things wrong with this company! So many, in fact, that I'm not even sure where to start. The company is so deceiving!! We called a couple months ago to start service at our new address; and that was the one and only time that customer service was friendly and informative. Service was started and delivery of the bins was done on the day I was originally told. We moved into our home 2 months ago and have had a total of 2 trash pick **** Not that we havent been paying for all the other ones, no they just dont care to come and get it. Imagine my frustration when I call for a courtesy pick up and they still dont come. Then youre on to the next week just hoping a praying they come nope they dont so you call for another courtesy pick up but do they ever come? Nope. This is a senior complex. Garbage has not been picked up for 10 days everyday I call in every response tomorrow, tomorrow. I guess health department and media needs to be called.

Republic missed picking up my yard waste, and I have called them 5 times trying to get it picked up. Every time they tell me that it will be picked up the next day, but they never come. It has been almost 2 weeks now since the day it was supposed to be picked up, and still no one has come. I pay good money for the service, so at the very least, if a pickup is missed, it should be made one of the first priorities.
