Called 12/28 to establish new home pickup. Paid deposit and was told cans would he delivered 12/31. No cans were delivered 12/31. Called 8 am 1/3 to inquire about status of cans, was told "oh they must have been running late, they will bring them today." No cans as of 2:30 pm, wife calls them back, cans scheduled for 1/7 now. Receive a call from republic representative 11:36am on 1/4 that leaves a voice mail stating cans will be delivered that day (1/4). Our neighborhood has only had this company for a few months and they could never pick up the trash on time. Call to complain multiple times and it does no good. I switch to a different trash service. Only reason Im leaving one star is because they will let me give zero stars.

Republic garbage collection at our residence in ******. We started our service the end of November 2021 and so far have had to call them six times to complain about failure to pick up our garbage (We have collection 2x per week). Each time we are assured we will get pickup and are reimbursed for the missed days. Unfortunately they are hit and miss for pickup. MOSTLY MISS. We have used their service in the past without problem but now I cannot recommend them at all. Its Jan 5/2022 today and they missed us again yesterday.

Company has dealt pathetically with ********* strike. Republic has said they're collecting primary residence garbage in ***********... What about the "other areas" mentioned in news articles? Small University Hgts condo bldg has had no collections for 3 weeks. . Settle with the union now! Conveniently, no phone numbers or email addresses are available for officers or board of directors. Company has the responsibility to provide service. Will we get refund ( not a spaced out credit) for the period of non service.

This is what happens when you use Republic Service for your trash pick up. They have not picked up in two weeks. We have called every day and they have assured us someone was coming to pick up but no one has. The trash is overflowing the dumpster on the ground. The recycle dumpster is overflowing and when you call they say they have no record of having spoke to anyone. This is not the first time this has happened. Then they charge you an overflow fee.

I would leave 0 stars. Do not work with or for this company. I worked here for 3 years and saw them hire 4 people for a sales role.well, needless to say 1 stayed after 1 year. 75% employee turnover is the highest I have ever seen.

I TRIED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH THEM AFTER 6 YEARS ON SEPTEMBER 9TH BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT COLLECT MY TRASHES AND THE TRASH CAN IS RUSTED AT THE BOTTOM AND THE ***** IS BROKEN , IS NOT MOVEABLE BY HAND. Every other month minimum our trash is not picked up. The same process, we call customer service and promised the next day pick up and a call back. We receive none of the above every other month. We are lied to continuously by customer service including leadership. We pay for weekly service pick up on the same day not interfering with holidays. We ask for a resolution to fix the problem but never resolved. Our last call we pleaded for trash pick up two days late due to over flowing can. We stated we will pursue other service... read more

Not sure what's going on with this company. But in general they wasted 6 weeks of my life so they aren't getting any more of my time here to weave a big tale with the details of what happened. Simply, we signed up for weekly residential, it's 6 weeks later, we called twice to report the missed pick up, they never came once.
