Terrible service they are supposed to pick up in my area on Wednesdays but it's been every other Wednesday. When I call they say you were skipped but they are picking it up today every time I call. They are taking advantage of people we pay in advance for them to pick up weekly not every other week. So far they have picked my trash ** once in January. Very unacceptable.

Horrific company. We have had them for over a year now and consistently have to call and tell them that we are on their route for both trash and recycling. Most recently we reminded them to pick up our recycling after not being serviced for 2 months. They said they would be out Friday. Thirty minutes later they come barreling down our driveway pick up our recycling knocking a bunch of cardboard out, slam the bin down and knock it over. They do not pick up the bin or any of the trash and leave. We have all of this on video.

Republic Waste did not pick up my trash on numerous occasions. When I called, they could have cared less. It was not picked up for 2 weeks in a row and I had to start placing my trash in a barn on my property until they did pick it up. When my **** came due at the first of the year, I waited until they picked up the trash and then I called and cancelled service. I have had a continuous problem with Republic Services and one driver that has in the past refuse to pick up my trash and on January 15, 2022 to the neighbors witnessed this driver coming out of his truck where a small Christmas tree and trash was in the trashcan and taking the tree out of the can and throwing it down the street this was the description from three different neighbors then kicking the can over to spread trash all down the street. Have had so many pickup issues. **************** is absolutely rude and not at all helpful in any way. The company then tries to blame you for the trash not being pickup. Going so far to call you a liar when you have many left voicemails from them stating their not coming. Then proceed to tell you they didnt make those calls. This is honestly one of the worst companies, I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would recommend to stay far away from this company. Far, far, away! Worst company EVER. Recycle pick-up is almost always missed. When I call, the friendly reps will say it will be tomorrow or the next day. They continue to charge for a service they actually seldom provide.Consumers are duped and charged for a service seldom provided. The pick-up is supposed to be every other week. In reality it might be every three weeks. It amounts to theft.

My neighbor warned me about them two years back. I did not listen and paid the price.They are deceiving with billing and if you question the billing they threaten with collection.
