This business has got to where they run the trash route once a month instead of once a week. I am not getting the service I am paying for. They still charge the full rate. They are getting paid for a service they are not provided!

We have had Republic since they took over our other trash company a long time ago. For about 4 months in a row we have has our pick up day moved into the next wee. This week is 2 weeks not picked up. I was expecting a phone call saying that and I can bet money on it weekly now. Weekly missed pick *** is nothing new, one year, way before the pandemic, it was over 3 weeks no pick up. I contracted with Republic service for my trash a recycle service.I informed them I lived down a lane and the agent said no problem .Republic delivered 2 containers before Xmas and were supposed to pickup my trash and recyclables January 2nd.MYtrash was not picked or recycliables. This company like to stiff the costumers. They keep charging costumers even though they are not doing their services. Send you an automated message (of course) saying they will pick the for missing days pick up but not follow through. Ask for prorate or credit due to the service not being done and was told No. They do this kind of behavior often than not just because they know you don't have other option. Worst company to deal with.

We've had Republic Services for almost 6 years now with no problems. That has all changed within the last few months. Starting in November 2021, a couple of missed pick-*** were reported, but were handled (although later than promised). We pay our invoices quarterly, and have paid for services from 12/1/2021 until 2/28/2022. Our services have been missed week after week since our last pick-up on 12/17. After a month of no garbage pick up. They decided to go on strike to back garbage workers in another state that are on strike. When they pick up the garbage and scatter it all over the neighborhood. Its not their problem. The garbage is starting to pile up. It stinks, birds are starting to scatter it. I is going to attract rodents too. They need to go back to Waste Management.

If I could give negative stars I would. We pay for a weekly trash and bi weekly recycling service. $190 every three months. Every single month they miss at least 1 week, but normally its 2 or more. Next week I will have 3 weeks of trash sitting at the bottom of my driveway. I have called multiple times and complained asking for a credit to my account and they refuse and basically tell me "oh well, we are picking up the same amount of trash" and they have been told not to give credit to any of their customers. They won't pick up my trash. Every other week I have to report a missed pickup. My full trash can has been out on the road for eight days now. I called and I'm told they decided to skip last week because it snowed one day. The mail carrier only missed one day so why is Republic Services allowed to miss an entire week of pickups? I could not even give it one star last week we paid to have an item picked up which was supposed to happen Monday. Well they never came Monday so we called & they said they would be here today, well guess what? Another no show! I actually called around 330 and asked to have someone call me back but nope that didnt happen either!
