Not sure it will change anything to pig pile on all the other 1 star only because we can not do 0. Worst service by driver and office personal. No care for customers! **************** representative are liars I will call you right back lie. I will look in your file and make notes and get this resolved lie. It seems to me they look forward to getting 1 -1 1/2 star in every review I could find. I am thinking of buy stock in the company so I could go to shareholder meeting and tell them how much they suck!

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY 1. For the first two months of service my trash got picked up twice and only because I called in every other day after the first month.2. The people picking up the trash throw your trashcan to the side, which results in broken wheels and lid hinges.3. Moved to a new house and kept the 2nd as a rental. The new house had the service cancelled twice in one year due to non-payment. Signed up and have had an issue from the beginning.. I am told to leave my bin at the end of my drive way(pretty normal). Every week when I come home I find the trash can on the opposite side of the street, down the street and seemingly deliberately knocked over. I reached out by email and by phone several times with no resolution. I ask for someone to get back to me by phone or email and no one ever does. Wish I came to this site before signing up. Listen to what everyone says, before it happens to you.

Canceled Service on January 4 th but got billed for all of January. Left this company because of the **** Recovery charge. New company was cheaper and does not charge this fee for me to pay for their fuel.

I have paid my **** on time since Republic took over last year. They missed my entire neighborhood last week and never came to pick up our trash. There is trash blowing all over our neighborhood because everyones bins are full. I cant get in touch with anyone at republic. I have sent in 2 missed stop complaints with them and no one will reply back to me. We have no idea when theyll be back and its ridiculous that weve paid our **** for 3 months and theyre not doing their jobs. Theyre stealing our money!

We have called daily for a pick up that was delayed last week. Republic Services refuses to explain or credit us for the missed pick up that happened last week. Every day they said they would send a truck for pick up at our business. When it didn't happen we asked for credit they said that would cancel our pick up. Which didn't make sense- we are a regular customer who pays monthly. If they have to miss a pick up day due to inclement weather that's understandable but come the next day and pick up.

Two weeks ago on 1/12/2022 my daughter's car got hit with a tarp that had a rod attached that came off of a Republic Garbage Truck while on ** Highway 77 in *********, **. It bent her windshield wiper arm and it caused paint chips on the hood and the passenger side door. We have called their customer call center 7 times and every time they give us another case number and tell us to wait so many days from their insurance and no one has ever gotten back to us. I am surprised this company has any customers! I started the service in Nov. 2021 was told it was ***** per quarter (a lie!) They missed the first week of pick-up, I called and went online no one ever came. Had 2 weeks of normal pick-up, then missed the final week of November. I cancelled the service after paying a $50.00 fee up front. They gave me recycling when I didn't ask for it and now are trying to charge me $114 more for horrible service.
