Our business has been with them for over 10 years and everything was fine until the Covid-19 hit the city. I still paid every month even when ****************/Mayor ************************* closed my store March 24, 2020. Worse people ever, *** for a service and they always miss trash pickup and when you call all they do is lie to you and keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow and so on. I wouldnt **** on them if they were on fire.

Would give no stars but not an option countinuly ripped off canceled 2 months ago and still receive bills and call to get straight to be told all good no balance and then receive another **** for more and late fees on services did not receive. Told one thing by one person and a completely different thing. No answers from anyone but still want money from us

Cancelled my service on 10-27-21. They asked why and I said I found a cheaper service. You are charging me ****** for two containers and I found one that only charges ***** for same service. They ask me if they change my cost to the ***** would I stay as a customer. I told them no. I also asked them why my **** for two containers was ****** when one neighbors only pays ****** for two and another one only pays ***** for one. After raising my service fee every year 15% every year and providing less services I decided to cance my service. They let me know it would be a $50 to pick up my container, which I let them know it wasnt even their container and I wasnt paying this fee. The customer service rep said she could lower this fee to $15, if they found it to be their container. We had Republic Services picking up our dumpster every other Thursday at around 12 p.m. as agreed since January, 2021. We had a designated time agreed on because when we signed up, we told them that we had dogs and that we couldnt leave our gate open because of the dogs and construction equipment. Lousy nonexistent customer support. They have missed one or two pickups a month for the last 6 months but expect us to pay in full every month. Have tried to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions with no response no return phone call. Years ago if you had a complaint you could actually reach a supervisor and get resolved. I guess they've streamlined that where they don't want to hear about the continuing missed pickups so no one calls you back. They are a joke. I wish there was an ability to give 0 stars but I'll have to settle with 1. Their service is quite pricey and is tied to the volume of waste your bins support. They charge an extra fee for overflow items as part of their fee structure. This means that when they are constantly late with pickups, it stresses the volume that I am paying for, which feels like they are pressuring me to buy a higher tier of service which wouldn't be necessary if they were able to hold a schedule they publish, or more likely, trying to get me to pa... read more
