They rarely pickup trash as scheduled, you will often go multiple weeks between.

Don't do business with Republic trash, they **** and don't pick up trash. Call them and they promise to pickup and they don't. Haven't picked up my trash for 2 weeks and taking monthly payments. Run from Republic trash don't use this company. The word trash represents this company. Call them trash Republic..

I have been with this company for several years now, However recently within the last 9 months or so they have been forgetting to pick up my trash. I put the trash in the same place every Thursday night for the last 3 years. Still, I get missed, there are times I got 1-2 weeks without my trash getting picked up. I have called and complained nothing gets done. i report the missed pickups I am told that clients get calls the day of telling them that no trash will be picked up. The trash cans in our community have not been picked up. They have been on the street since Friday. This happens during every holiday weekend. Additionally our fee has increased 26%. This is unacceptable!!!! I will be changing to a local service.

Worst service of any company ever. Impossible to reach local staff, all business goes through a call center which always takes ***** minutes to reach a person. Asked for up front payment over the phone for a dumpster rental, then it never showed up. Called them and they never actually placed the order even though they took my payment. This happened on multiple occasions when I rented a dumpster. Would never use them again if I had the choice, but unfortunately they have an exclusive rights agreement with my city. Zero stars

We ordered, signed a contract, and paid for a 30-yard dumpster -- when it didn't arrive on the scheduled day we called and were told they made a mistake in the paperwork and needed to charge more -- they also said they called us which they never did. We filled out paperwork again and were told it would arrive on Tuesday. On Tuesday, we called and they said they didn't know why someone told us that -- the soonest it can come is Thursday. Prices always increasing. Charge $120 fuel charge to pick up cans when you cancel. I lived less than two minutes from their business. I could have driven the cans back myself. It would have cost less than $1 in fuel. At any rate, its their cans, they should be responsible for collecting, not the customer. I will never use them again!

You pay to get a special trash pickup and they do not show up. You call them and remind them that you have a pickup the next day and they do not show up on the scheduled day. This happens multiple times AFTER you have paid for the service! They are crooks.

I have been trying to receive my trash receptacle and haven't received it yet, I have made 12 phone calls and being told that a supervisor would be calling me to resolve this matter and yet have I received a call from anyone. This is very unprofessional on their part and I am very unhappy about this situation.
