there customer service they don't have no one every answer the phone and.they say they will call you back but it has been 1/2 day and no call . and it don't matter what number you call

I have lived in my current locating for 6 weeks in that time our weekly garbage has only been picked up 4 times. When called I was told the first week, it would be picked up the next day. Did not happen. They did pick garbage up the next 2 weeks, but not the 3rd week, when I called again I was told it would be picked up by 7 pm that day and it was late because of 'driver constraints'.I live in a trailer court and the manager informed the tenants that when she called they told her they had until the following week to pick it ... read more

We sold our house and called to arrange cancellation of trash pick up services (3 weeks in advance). The bin pickup was requested but did not happen until 3 weeks after closing. We then found out we were charged for another two month period of service because of the $30 bin pickup charge that was dated for and on the day they actually made the bin pick up. DO NOT USE Republic for waste removal services! We moved and I gave them plenty of notice ahead of time to transfer services. Despite this, I still had a feeling they wouldn't come and we had a ton of trash due to the move, so I called the day before our pick up day to make sure it would be picked up. I was told we were on the route and they would add a note to make sure it got picked up. Sure enough, the next day rolled by and NO PICKUP. I recently moved to an area that is serviced by Republic Services for its trash removal. Thus far I have only made 3 payments with the company. It seems that my last payment was not applied to my account, but rather another account resulting in a showing that my account was unpaid. Same complaint as ************** Recycling wasn't picked up. I called and was told it would be picked up the next day. They didn't come. Called several times and was given excuses why they couldn't pick it up. Talked to a supervisor who said they would call back with a solution. They haven't called back. Never offered a solution or a refund for services I paid for.

I want customers to know my experience with this waste company.Extremely poor management and customer service. When customers call, they raise their voice and justify it by stating that we are not patient with them. If you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, they will not connect you.
