They raised out rates 20% without notice 2/25/2021 and missed multiple pickups last month try calling and get put on hold after 30 min I have to leave a callback number and when they do call back they set it so it goes straight to voice mail and you never talk to anyone

I called them because our **** went up $13. I waited for an hour to talk with someone. They told me that I could save money by not using my recycling bin. How good is this for the environment. I will be looking for a different garbage hauler.

BEWARE OF **** COMPANY. I encountered a miss trash pickup. I contacted the company 800 # 6 times with the response that it was being "escalated" and I'd get a call back. It's been two weeks since my last trash pick up and I still have not been able to resolve the issue. Trash hasn't been picked up and a "call back" has not happened. I guess I'll be taking my trash to the dump myself.

They refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails for a bulk pickup! Not to mention they have let the garbage overflow in multiple dumpsters in my complex.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. We ordered trash service that was supposed to begin on June 8th. We've gone 3 weeks without service. I've called four times with the same response, "I'm not sure what's going on, I'll look into it." They "escalated" our issue twice. On the 22 of June, I called once again, at which point the operator told me that we would receive a pick up that same day between 10:30 and 6:30. That did not happen. This place is a joke. I haven't had my trash picked up in almost 2 months with cans overflowing just sitting there. After ******** calls requesting pickups and being promised it has been "elevated' and will be picked up within 48 hrs - never happened - I finally canceled. Thought, maybe then they will come empty the bins and get their cans. For the past several weeks, our trash has *** been picked up. We have called and reported it with no results. Last week when they missed it, we called and they told us it would be picked up this week (June 22). Today we were notified that it will again be put off until next week. That is 3 weeks without trash pick up. Yet, we pay for weekly pickup. In addition, our recycling was missed also last week and will not be picked up until next week. My **** keeps going up. I usually only use 1 trash can Live in country. Found out city people pay $10 to $26.00 yet country people have to pay $112.00 or more.My **** went from $64. To $112. For 1 trash can!! Why should country folk pay more than city? It's wrong! My trash doesn't overflow. They are taking advantage of country folk and i don't like it! What do we need to do to get our bills lowered?? Help. We are being treated unfairly! "

This company is terrible!!! Do not deal with them! They have **** up our trash pick up so bad- and they will not answer the phone! I have called for weeks & been put on hold for over 2-3 hours every day. There is no excuse for this miserable service!
