i have had nothing but problems with this company. they have missed pick ups and told me they would have it picked up the next day. Haha no show for ten days now. last time this happened it took almost 4 weeks for them to come pick up. i told them i wanted my money back and was told they would credit me for the missed pick up and that was all they would do. i would not recommend this company to anyone.

It is worst company I have to deal with ever. It is not trustable. I live in Newark, CA. The company keep no picking up my garbage on scheduled pick up day some many times. I have called so many times, (lose count) total more than 10 for sure. Every time, the staff just mentioned to me it will pickup today or next day. However, it has never happen. I became a customer in 9/2020. During the snow when our roads where plowed Republic Waste dis not service lurbyrash for 4 weeks! Forced to pile our garbage on the garage. We got mice. Meanwhile, the neighbor has ********* ****** ******** and their trash was picked up. So I called to cancel in April. I was told my last billing day is 5/7. I am a Republic Services customer who has an agreement for recycling service. Recently Republic went from weekly to every other week for the service. They sent us a letter with this information and posted the new schedule on my account on their website. - On Wednesday, 4/28, we set out our recycling following the schedule but it wasn't picked up. - On Wednesday, 5/12, we set out our recycling but it wasn't picked up. - On Thursday, 5/13, I called Customer Service to inquire. This company does not honor there contract called for a bulk pick up which in our contract in ******** is UNLIMITED YARD WASTE pick up. They are claiming I used a ************ which was not correct. My yard waste has been in my yard since 5/13/21 and it's going to ruin my grass.

This is the ULTIMATE WORST waste company I have EVER dealt with. No accountability to the total lack of what they claim to"dependable reliable service" I have called so many times for no pick up of scheduled pick up, I have lost count. Transfering to supervisors does not seem to help either. Just told that they will monitor. But no changes. PATHETIC WORK ETHICS.

Republic Services of Abilene bought out another local company. Republic services has been my waste removal for 2 months now. They’ve only picked my trash up one time during this time frame. Every week I’ve called and scheduled a missed pick up. That missed pick up only showed up that one time. I’ve called to cancel multiple times and I get a “I’ll call you back” which never happens, or “let me transfer you to so & so....” goes to voicemail. We signed up for residential trash service with Republic 8 months ago. We pay for weekly trash service and bi-weekly recycling service. Out of the 32 scheduled trash pick-ups and 16 scheduled recycle pick-ups, Republic has missed 3 trash pick-ups and 2 recycle pickups. This past week was the last straw. Our trash/recycle day is Friday. We had both bins out at the curb on Thursday night. Trash was picked up Friday morning, but by Friday evening, the recycle bin had not been emptied. They removed my garbage container for no reason a week ago. Everytime I call I get a different story. It's my fault for not paying the bill (I never received a call, text, email, carrier pigeon, etc and bill is current.), the container was accidentally dumped into the truck, it must have been stolen. Promises to deliver a container have gone unfulfilled x2 in a week. Now I get to be the neighbor with the rotting bags of trash because these people won't do their job.
