Missed dumpster pick up every week for last 3 months. Either trash or recycle dumpster. Need to call every week and am lucky if they get to it the next day. I need to pay a third party to clean up overflow. This week missed Tuesday recycle, called, missed Wednesday, called, missed Thursday, called and was told they are a month behind. Seriously????? Are they still in business?

Multiple online requests for a dumpster rental and zero response. I've run out of room in my yard now and it's time to rent a pickup and make several dump runs myself. Thanks for nothing when the dumpster rental page of the website gets absolutely nothing accomplished and zero response from whoever has the unfortunate and obviously far too difficult job of responding to customers' dumpster requests. Absolutely horrible service. In 2 months, they only picked up our trash one time. Even after scheduling specific dates for them to come pick them up every week, only two of those occurred. They also refused to credit the account for the missed pickups. Criminal.

The ONE STAR says it all!!!!!!! I have tried since last MARCH to get my account straightened out and my payments to go to the correct account. They just can seem to take care of this issue. Can it be that difficult????? Now they are saying they have not received payments from me, although I have PROOF from my bank bill pay. When I call, I get the run-around. I canceled my service mid March 2021 and specifically told them I was not going to renew my service for the next period 4/1 thru 6/30. My trash container was picked up on 3/29. I received a past due invoice dated April 15, 2021 telling me I owed the removal fee and another $23.13 for something not explained on the invoice. I called the company on 4/20 and was told that whenever they invoice for anything in my area, they also tack on an environmental fee, fuel recovery fee and a late fee. This Company will fee and fine you to death! Charged me $4 a extra trash can in the fall to pick up leaves . Charged $30 to pick up their trash cans after service was canceled. They scheduled the pick up date of the cans on the 9th so they could charge me $16 for the month.

Paid them 50$ for trash service . Was supposed to be less but I got an extra garbage can . So it was $50 total . Took them 3 weeks to bring the cans . They bring 4 instead of 3 . And bill me for the 4th can . I’ve been calling telling them I didn’t order this 4th can they can come back And get it . I paid 3 months ago they have only picked my trash up 2 times & recycling 1 time . They billed me another 29$ for the can . I'm giving Republic Services only 1 star because I can't leave it blank. I'd caution anyone looking into service from this company to NOT do business with them. We called in early January for service to be told we'd have receptacles delivered with 7-10 days. My bill for service showed up before the cans (by about 3 weeks) and I asked to cancel the service at which point the cans were delivered (over a month behind our request). I am not surprised to see the review rating so low, as I am also leaving a one star review. Our trash gets missed constantly, recycling and waste. I also use the missed pickup option which never works, there has never been a truck to pickup the missed pickup. The dumpster just sits until the next week. If there was a different option for waste disposal, I would use it.
