I called this company about 2 weeks ago and had to call them again since they never replied back. Can't express the complete frustration in dealing with their customer service and unclear fees. We were with another company for many years which was aquired by Republic several years ago. I called to add an additional service to a new property and was irritated when I received the bill charging me $36.50 delivery fee per can to begin service. I am being charged extra fees and the customer service rep is unable to explain why. Took me 30 minutes to get someone on the phone after waiting 30 plus minutes on hold daily for 3 days. This is why cities are so against city trash.

If you can avoid dealing with this company, please do. They miss picking up your trash and tell lies every day that they are going to pick up the following days until it’s actually your next pick up day. My house number was written in permanent marker on the trash can. This is not a one time thing it happens often. I don’t have an option of switching services so I guess that’s why they don’t really care about the complaints.

Terrible service. They continually miss our pick up!!!! We have complained numerous times and they simply don’t care.

If I could I would give them zero stars. Two weeks in a row they forgot to pick up my trash. The last time they "forgot" the first four houses on my block including mine. When I called each time they were unhelpful and the first time it took them two days to come get it, even though I called twice. Drivers were speeding up my road too in a residential neighborhood!

The city of Pea Ridge recently required this company as the only option in order to pick up waste. It is processed through the water utilities to ensure it is paid. They raised the bill by almost 50%. I am not sure if they did this because they no longer pick up outside city limits now in order to make up revenue. Now they should be saving money in terms of efficiency by working in a more condensed area. They basically monopolized the area and charge more for it. We have been nothing but disappointed with the inconsistency of service, dishonest business practices, a failure to honor agreement made by corporate representatives. I called on Thursday 2/18/2021 to ensure that they were only operating under a one-day delay due to inclement weather; the representative reassured me that that was correct. I stated my service March 26th and my trash was never picked up. I though maybe they come super early and I waited the following week to have the trash picked up. We placed the trash the night before in hopes that this time three weeks of trash was picked up and nothing. I called and they were not only rude but said they changed my trash pick up days.
