We were a customer for 5 years. The quarterly bill was always a different amount which we never understood. When we went to cancel our service I wrote a letter and called Republic to confirm date of cancellation. They said they would send someone out to pickup the two trash bins. I was charged $45.97 for the remover of their trash container, for their service you are charge for them to bring the container out. Why am I having to pay a remover fee, the container belong to them anyway. I've never had a late payment or anything and after paying 2 payment it was turned over to a collection company and the final payment was $15.33 which they were trying to collect $30.64. I cancelled my residencial service at the old address by the end of February of 2021 since they have to charge till the end of the month. They gave me a credit for the portion of March as I paid quarterly. Now that they charged me $91.86 as a pick up trash bins fee which was never disclosed when I signed up 4 years ago. The representative said “You still have to pay” which I don’t think is a fair amount to pick up bins! I will never use them as I feel like this is a scam of not disclosed fee at the beginning I signed up.

I have not received a trash can they said they would deliver first on Thursday then Friday then Saturday they took old trash can a week ago and refuse to deliver a replacement now there is trash all over the place because raccoons are dragging trash all over the place. I have been trying to contact this company about the increase of pricing without my knowledge and I need to cancel my service, I have been put on hold for over 2 hrs and when someone answer the phone they hanging up on me this has happen more than 6 times. This issue has been over a week now and I still cannot get a hold of anyone, email or phone, this is completely unprofessional from the customer service team to corporate letting this happen. Outrageously expensive. After being a longtime "loyal" customer for over 10 years we come to find out we have been taken advantage of. Each quarter's bill has increased cost. This quarter is over $400! This month was the last straw with an increase of almost $75 for the quarter. Ridiculous! Our neighbors pay 1/8 this amount for good service. Despicable highway robbery.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED TO START SERVICE WAS GIVEN A TWO WEEK OUT DATE FOR THE 12TH DUMPSTER NEVER CAME CALLED FOR THREE DAYS AND JUST GOT THE RUN AROUND HUNG UP ON A FEW TIMES LONG STORY SHORT NEVER RECEIVED THE DUMPSTER AFTER 4 DAYS OF TRYNNA TO REACH SOMEONE I FINALLY JUST GIVE UP IF I GET A BILL FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED I WILL DEFINITELY BE FILLING A BIGGER COMPLAINT ... This company is outrageous, constantly raising their costs even with the covid pandemic. They leave one or the other container either garbage, recycle or yard waste like every six weeks or probably more than that. No other options available in my area though I live in a city of over 170,000 I thought monopolies were not legal?
