drivers are lazy and will not complete their job without being micromanage, by customer complaining about, non-pickups and driver too lazy to move anything, a drive crashed into our dumpster enclosure and we are still waiting repairs. there is corporate office is like customer nonservice *************************. you pay for a service you except service, not with this company

Terrible and ****************** They do not follow through on simple trash pick up. They wont get out of their trucks to pick up cans they have busted. They miss trash cans. They say they will come back for missed pick *** and never do.

I have been with Republic for several years and it seems that their pickup service is getting worse! They called to let me know that they would not be out on Thursday to service us due to delays on the route. Friday would be the next day for pickup and of course no service. When I called late Friday to find out what happen I was told that I had to call back on Monday to get on the route, so I brought my trash back in. Republic Services have managed the trash pickup at our address for the three years we have lived here. Then, roughly 6 weeks ago, they stopped doing pickups. We received dozens of automated calls saying each time that theyd be there to pick up our trash tomorrow. I called in after a couple weeks of this. They had no record of missed pickups. Absolutely **************** and that is being more than polite.Constantly miss pick-*** of our ************************************************ and on top of that they NEVER EVER pick up their phone for customer service. Go ahead and fill out a missed "pick-up" form on line so that too can be ignored. Try calling the customer service line and spend HOURS on hold....I recommend you seek out another company unless you love throwing your money away with your trash, which by the way won't be picked up.Terrible company, terrible ... read more

They charge in advance so they have your money and there is nothing you can do about it. They have missed about a dozen pickups in just a few months. I try calling and if I am lucky enough to get a real person they know absolutely nothing and never can seem to transfer me to someone that has the slightest clue of what is going on. I can't seem to find the person to refund my money. This Republic trash collector is horrible!!! Per my Tuesday trash collection, the holiday was Monday so Mondays trash should have been picked up on Tuesday and Tuesdays trash should have been picked up on Wednesday. Well my trash was not picked up till Friday. This is unacceptable. Can we fine you for late collection as you would fine us for late payment??? Raise your wages and benefits then you wont have to complain about driver shortageHOW ABOUT THAT!

Residential customer for the past few years and the ********************** pickup was fine, and since we are on a cul-de-sac if I forgot to put the bins out I could catch them on the trip back and the pickup drivers were always kind and courteous. After being a customer for years without even a late payment I attempted to cancel my services due to moving to a new area outside of Republic service range. Work on a ranch. Have had many missed pick *** and absolutely horrific customer service. Im told they missed the pick up but will do so the next day. And of course they miss the next day as well. Customer service says its on the schedule but no one ever shows up. When I call they cant seem to find my account but have no problem billing me. I would highly recommend not using this company.
