I live in Pima County, *****************. Im constantly being missed and my two trash bins are overflowing and despite numerous calls to the company over the past three years they refuse to have a route supervisor give me a quick call as I requested more times than I can count. They put in escalations for services but they are ignored as I have never had one properly fulfilled. I am so frustrated with this company. I called to end our contract since we sold the service property. I was told that I needed to send in a form to cancel. I did that. I am still getting billed and now it has been sent to their collections department. I have asked many times for the person that is charge of closing the account to call me. I have not received a call. I have asked for this to be escalated. No help. I have called every number I can find. No one has helped me. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Failure to receive the service I paid for. Missed trash pickup for three weeks. Called and canceled my service due to this reason. Had to continue to call for this company to remove their receptacle off my property. Was given numerous removal dates with no follow through. Receive a **** of services they no longer had provided. Worst trash company, they have missed our recycling 2 times in a row and refuse to come pick it up, now my trash was missed so I have several extra bags and no one cares to help get this resolved. I want to cancel but can not transport full containers of trash and recycling in my car. They still charge my account even though they dont pick up my trash/recycling. When I call they lie and say someone will get it next day which has never happened. LIARS BEWARE

Ive had this service for the past 6 years and prices just keep getting higher and higher for the same poor service! I pay almost $200 every billing cycle for MISSED pickups! I try to call to let them know that they missed my pickup day and no one answers. I go onto my online account and report the missed pickup, even receiving a confirmation email, and my trash remains full to the brim. I moved into a new house and informed them that we needed trash cans picked up as we did not need as many as were here. I was told to leave the cans out all week and they would pick them up. They did not. I called back on Monday of the following week and informed them that I have a strict HOA and that my having garbage cans out all week is not a good idea. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I can give this company a 0 I would. We had a compost bin delivered at our company and they have yet to pick it up the compost trash and its been 3 months. I have called the office and talked to numerous people and nobody has reached back out to me. They promised us the price that was given on our estimate and we have ended up paying double. I was a customer for over 10 years. Decided to cancel services and was very upset that they charged me $45 to pick up their trash container. I never received any paper bills through the ten years. I had to call in to get my account details and pay bills. The service started at $95 a year and now is over $325 per year. I took my business to someone who is upfront with charges and contacts me.

Words can't even begin to describe how completely disgusted I am with the customer service of this company. Not only have I not been given consistent information but each time I have had to call about an issue, which there have been many, I have been treated VERY rudely.
