Republic doesn't deliver on services contracted. They miss recycle days and are totally unresponsive on their ***************** Line". Their Customer Resource representatives simply lie to get you off the phone.I only rate them one star because I can't go any lower.

Republic Services AGREEMENT states WEEKLY pick up. They DO NOT honor and will not use an extra day of the week to make up their poor service. Republic Services would not be our garbage pick-up service, if we had another option. Absolutely the worse service our family and many others deal with. They need competition badly then they could close their doors.They do not deserve a star rating however I pick the lowest.

I dont even know where to start but I will say if you have a container and want to cancel services do not get anything over the phone as a confirmation ! We called to cancel services due to a move after having services since 02/2020no one even said a word about canceling and having a Liquidation fee of 6 months which I just came to find out now after moving a month and a half ago. I am so disgusted with Republic Trash service. I have had a can of trash and yard waste sitting out for 3 weeks and they refuse to empty it because it is not in their blue can. The can it is in is the exact same size and shape as theirs. The supervisor I spoke to at first told me it would be picked up as a bulk item but someone cancelled that order. Took 2 months to pick up Dumpster. They tried 1 time after I called them at 3 weeks, during a heavy rain, tore up the yard. I called after 1 week from then, all they said was a supervisor would call me, I did not ask for that, just get the dumpster. No call, no pick up. Called several times, no call back, never picked it up. Horrible communication, horrible service. they just did not care nor did they care what they did to the yard.

Republic Services has gotten worse and worse over the years an absolutely runs a fraudulent business. They constantly raise prices until they are over double the other local services are charging. In the past 2-3 years the service level has dropped off the charts. About once every two months they completely cancel their pickup all together. At least twice a month they call to say they can't make the schedule. This business is a RIP OFF! Not only do they charge the highest rates, raising your **** constantly, they have the audacity to charge $60 to pick up their trash cart!!!! Refuse to pay it! Warning, do not get this service!!!!

Republic Services is horrible. While there collection has improved over time, as have their notifications when service will be delayed, their billing and customer service is the worst imaginable. I am set up with autopay, for payment in full every quarter. My credit card on file is up to date. They cahrge a different amount every quarter and sometimes change the billing cycle.
