I have been a customer of ********************** over ** years. I have a business account. Numerous missed pick **** When I call customer service they promise me they will pick up next day. Never happens. Missed again last week and dumpsters are beyond Full. Called to let them know Ill have around 300 people at the resort and dumpsters must be emptied, again another broke promise. This company is getting really bad on pick *** and lying to customers. I would Not recommend them.

Republic Services is the worst trash disposal company I've ever had in all of the places I've lived. You have to pay extra money for a normal size waste dumpster, their **************** is confusing and inconsistent, and their employees are are rude. They deserve a 1 star rating on BBB. If you can find a different company, please consider using them. I will be avoiding them like the plague whenever I can. Unfortunately, in my small town, it's my only option.

I live in the City of ********, **. Republic Services won the trash collection bid and the city is cutting over to the new company effective today. During May and June, Republic Services began swapping out the collection bins from Waste Management to Republic Services Bins. This process has been abysmal! My community started their swap out on June 23rd. Some Waste Management bins were retrieved, others were not. Anyone with a small recycle bin did not receive a replacement. I had been with them for years. Over the last few years, their rates have consistently gone from in the $40's to over $70 every 3 months...little by little. When I call, they just said it was a rate increase. When I tell them Im going to cancel, they offer me a much lower price -- back in the $50's. I shouldn't have to call to get a lower rate. Hate this company Worst customer service. . . ..run arounds, lies, no call backs, people saying they are taking nates and posting them to the account. . .never happens, so when you call back there is no record.I recommend recording your calls Sales is the worst. . .added fees, 10 page contracts. . .that should be a huge warning for a garbage collecting service. *********, ** - city chose to go with city-wide garbage collection on their own, no public input. I was switched back to Republic against my will after I had fired them years back for poor curbside service and even worse billing/ customer service. Now, the city has chosen them for me, and in 26 weeks they have picked up my recycling 2x on schedule. They just cant seem to get it right no matter how many retimes I report a missed pick up, them or the city.

We've had multiple missed pickups, and requested make up services, which were apparently canceled. When inquiring on the phone, one staff member said it was truck problems, and container would be emptied by the end of that day. That didn't happen. Called the next day, was told by a different person that our container was not in the right location and he knew nothing of truck problems. Horrid service. Worth ***** Billion and you can't serve customers? Advance billing and strong arm tactics. Non responsive website and telephone system(s). Just wow.
