After missing a scheduled pick up, I contacted Republic Services to schedule a missed pick up. On three different days, I was told the scheduled pick up would happen, but it didnt. This includes three conversations with a senior adviser and supervisor of the district. I was lied to over and over again. Republic services have been terrible in ************** for over a year. We pay for weekly trash and bi-weekly recycle on a quarterly basis. Recycle has been missed for past 6 weeks and trash has already been missed once this month. Last quarter services were missed many weeks as well and minimal credits were given. I've switched to *************** on 7/14 and Republic still insists on billing $40 for first two weeks of July. I've contacted Republic **************** and the *************** of *******

I've lived in my house since **** and my trash receptacle has sat in the same spot since that date. When Republic Services bought **** Waste, we were told our trash **** would not be increased for 12 months. However, after making 11 payments of $55.00, which is what **** Waste charged for many years), Republic raised the rate by *****% to $65.91. I wouldn't give them any stars. I have been with this company many years and my neighbor pays way less than I do so I'd have to call and tell them this and they'd lower my **** to what they charge them for the exact same service. My **** would always go up with their extra fees. I did pay 100 dollars every three months for trash and recycling pick up but I got my **** last month and it went up to 180 dollars with gas fees. I think Republic should smarten up!! Last week my trash sat out "cooking" in the heat because our very good driver was on vacation, and Republic is too cheap to send a replacement. They never notified us that it would not be picked up either. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone talking with employees who contradicted one another. Cancelled republic services because of bad service - For 3 years they charged me late payment fee - after waiting on phone for 1/2 or more each time every 3 months under auto payment - had to explain and argue each time about billing mistake got no where every time customer support ***** - finally cancelled service now they want to charge me $60 for container removal - another complete bogus charge because of there BAD SERVICE

Unethical billing policy. **** was originally $45/mo paid every 3 months but has recently increased to almost $60/mo paid every 3 months. There was no notice of **** increase, actually when I called I was told that according to the terms of service the **** WAS the notice.Switching as soon as I can to a different provider.

I would rate them with negative stars if I could. Their service is horrible. So many missed pick **** Rates continuously get increased. **************** is horrible. They are a bunch of crooks! Please beware and dont use them! I just moved and cancelled my service and had already prepaid for a month. I did not get a credit back and they are charging $65 for them picking up their empty trash can.
