This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!! The people who answer the phones are extremely disrespectful and rude!!! Not a single person that works there has any customer service skills or even care!!! They will not pick up your trash but will still send you a ****!!!! This company is horrible!!!!!!! Do not do Business with this over price junk of a company!!!!!!!!

I have been with republic Services for about at least ***** years. Seems like forever. Never had any issues until this year. I am one of about 3-5 people in my neighborhood that still has Republic Services for their trash/recycle services. They have missed my pick up 4 times since May. Is it because I am the only house on my cul-de-sac?? Probably! "Just leave your trash can out and we will get it Thursday" Thursday is here and it is still full. I have been a customer of ******* for decades. Since ********************** took over the company things have not been handled as well. We have been paying for yard waste to be collected weekly. The pick up is very unreliable and has not been collected more than four or five times this season. Yet, when I call to ask for it to be picked up, I get empty promises. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I JUST STARTED ON JULY 5 2022!! I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE PICK UP SINCE THEN. EVERY TIME I CALL THERE IS A DIFFERENT EXCUSE. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP. EVEN SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHOM APPARENTLY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM GOING THRU THESE CHANGES ABOUT TRASH!!

How can this company possible have the rating it has? Mid-billing cycle, they've raised the rates again. I've already paid for the quarter. I called Republic. They said it was not an error they can raise the rates as they see fit and since they **** in advance they can **** again. The last time I complained to Republic about a service issue they cancelled my service. This was during Covid when they billed for weekly pickup but refused to pick up.

We have had Republic Services for numerous years and yea things happen and weeks were missed but they made it the next week! Until this year! We have always paid our **** even when it was missed but its getting ridiculous now! It has happened about 6 times this yr even going almost three weeks and we always get the same answer they will be back tomorrow and they never come until next pickup day! Don't get behind on your **** they will pick up your can and charge you the past due and the next 3 months they are ripping off people they pick up once a week and are always behind in service they don't crush the trash half of it falls out littering our streets

If you have a choice, do not use Republic Services for trash service. Ever since our regular guy left (after 25 years servicing us), the new guy refuses to pick up my house and 10 others on the same side of the street. It has been two weeks, numerous phone calls (by me and the other homeowners) and reporting missied picked *** on their website. We have requested for Republic Services to pickup their trash bin and they've refused to cancel our services. They have continued to **** us since May.
