1st my **** went from $140 every 3 months for 3 cans to over $200. We choice a different company been with them for 6yrs. I Call and canceled my account and I am told that it will be $134 to pick up their trash cans from my yard. Which will not be until Sept 8th. This is highway robbery. I live less that 1 mile from the company. I do not recommend this company to no one. Watch out they get you in and take you for a complete ride for your money.

After using this company for a decade, their service has become unacceptable over the past 6 months. I have filed dozens of complaints with them, called their support number, and spoken with the drivers. My trash rarely gets picked up even after they raised the price approximately 60% in the past quarter. I have arranged to switch companies, but people need to know that this company is providing basically zero service. Buyer beware. I hope to get a refund, but based on how they do everything else, I am not optimistic.

Too bad there is not a negative star you can pick. These guys truly ****. Unresponsive, unprofessional, they take your money and then BS you on delivery. Note the canned responses to the complaints, this is who they are. I was promised service on a Friday, paid in advance, they missed the service (didn't show up) and on Monday I called 4 times and spoke with multiple people and was assured that they would be out on that day. I was a Republic customer for over 2 yrs, On initial sign-up the customer support agent offered me a free container. Absolutely no mention of any fee on discontinuing service. When attempting to get better pricing after the 1st yr, which was offered, I inquired about another container. The price now was ridiculous to have a container delivered and close to double any other trash service. I was told too at this time there would be another charge if service was discontinued. If you get this business, hire a CPA and a lawyer to help you figure out there billing procedures. While i had no problem with their actual service, if you decide to terminate them, even tho you have paid all of your bills on time,be prepared for unknown fees for retrieving your toter. Not only do they have a flat fee, but somehow they charge you for a recovery fee for the next cycle that you dont have any more. Confusing?? They quoted me the one price bur billed me almost double the amount for the services. the pickup work was done well and on schedule.

When I received my quarterly **** it went up to $128.00 from $84. I called Best Way and they said Annual rate for them was $191. Wow what a difference. I called Republic and they said they would match the price. I had already paid the $128, received a **** of 131 which totals $259. I talked to 4 separate people and they were suppose to return a call. Needless to say I cancelled and they stated I would get another invoice.

Canceled my service due to my trash never being picked up as scheduled. Missed pick up reports that are still not picked up. Was going to be charged 60 dollars for a container pickup fee, half was waived because my garbage was not picked up for 2 weeks. When the day came for the container pickup, it never happened. Here in rural ********* ** we are going on almost week number 5 no garbage pickup. We have called weekly sometimes daily. We get told it will be Friday. No one comes then we will be told Monday no one comes then back to Monday. One time they said it would be Tuesday. Many people may not know during winter months when roads in rural area are posted a weight limit garbage is not picked up. We have to physically take it to a designated drop off spot.
