This company is HORRIBLE and deserves negative stars, but I have to mark a star so 1 it is There has been one problem after another. Their customer service is just as bad. You have to hold 45 mins just for then to tell you what you want to hear " I'll schedule a missed pick up for you" or "I'll have a supervisor contact you about this complaint" no pick up and no phone call. This union owned company is TERRIBLE! The city of ******** has done a complete injustice to it's residents by changing our trash and recycling services from Waste Management to this horrendous company. It's now more expensive and the services are slow and they frankly, just don't care. **************** is terrible! We requested to swap out our full sized bins for smaller ones and we have had to call 3 times over the last 3 weeks, only to be told today that now they're out of inventory and it's going to be another 3 weeks. My trash is frequently not picked up as scheduled but usually is after I call and complain. Last week however they failed to pick up on my scheduled day, Friday. I called and they said they would pick up on Saturday. They failed. I called on Monday and they said they would get it on Tuesday. They failed again so I called late Tuesday afternoon. I would never do business with this company. They are one of the most expensive with terrible customer service. I cancelled my account end of June. I was charged $111 for them to pick the empty containers. Despite more than 10 calls and several scheduled pick-up the cannister are still in my driveway. I am not sure what can I do here. really frustrating.

I wish we had an option for another provider but we don't and it seems they know it. We have auto payment set up and twice this year they charged us a little more (< $1) than the prior rate yet still only deducted the prior amount and then billed us for something like $0.36 (and expect us to pay it manually). Then when I try they won't accept a payment for less than $1.00 so I have to pay them more than I owe because of two issues on their end. I canceled my service at the end of the last month I had paid, May 31, 2022. I canceled by letter to the billing address after holding on the phone for 2 hours (that is not an exaggeration). They continued to **** me my calling and mail since that time. I finally managed to get someone on the line in July and he told me their billing company only takes billing and did not pass on that information. It is almost impossible to cancel the service. I canceled before the recurring invoice cycle and scheduled for the trash can to be picked up. It wasn't picked up and I had to call again. They didn't show that I hadn't canceled, but they had a recording of the call and saw that I had canceled. Two weeks later they pick up the trash can and charge me58.47. I was changing trash collection from Republic primarily because of constant price increases. I never said anything about this to them. A neighbor told me about another company which was significantly lower priced. I was never on a contract.When I called to cancel, my payment had just drafted which left me a credit balance $143.26.
