Just received a final **** from Republic in ***********, **.They charged for a month after I stopped service, thetpy charged for can pickup which was never stated in any agreement, they charged for fuel to pick up the can, they charged admin fees, and misc. bad charges.This company has proven to be untrustworthy to this customer!

I have been a customer of ******************** for years paying for my trash pickup. Just got my mew statement for the next quarter, the **** has doubled, from $39.00 to $76.19. The new invoice states trash fee went from $39.00 to $48.85 and now adding fuel recovery fee of $27.34 totaling $76.19. Is this legal? I dont want to even give them ONE star as they are the worst services. 9 weeks in a row they did not pick up my trash on the day scheduled and if you dont call, they dont pick up on another day. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get them to pick up the trash. Poor service. Poor customer care.

June **** received with no notice of price and fee increase, total quarterly went up over 90% (old was $91.05, new is $173.60). Phone and email contact would not adjust any pricing. If I could rate Republic lower I would. I would also fire them, if I could. I have had missed ***************************** waste pickups many times in the past. But this last week ... I'm over it. Service is extremely unreliable, even multiple weeks of NO service (and they know that internally upon calls to their customer contact number). Unfortunately, would currently never recommend this company to friends/neighbors, even though I was initially promoting them.

I was called today and told that my payment was late. However, I never received a ****. I signed up for paperless billing thinking it would be more convenient for ******************, **. Republic Services to email me a **** instead of mailing it and I never received my June invoice. When I tried calling to get an invoice I terminated the call after being on hold for 60 mins.
